Board of Adjustment

| The Board of Adjustment makes decisions on Requests for Use permits, applications for variances, questions on Boundary Lines, and appeals of administrative decisions and interpretations of the zoning ordinance. Decisions are final and can only be appealed through the courts.
The Board meets at 8:30 AM on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Committee Room on the second floor of City Hall. The Board of Adjustment is made up of seven regular members and three alternates. Members serve three year terms and may serve up to two terms. Members are compensated $25.00 per meeting. |
