Citizens Advisory Committee

All County appointees must live outside the city limits within the county.  Time required per month—3 hours. 

 

Purpose:  (a)   To participate meaningfully in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of federal, state and local programs for community development and implementation; and (b)   To serve as a liaison between citizens and the City Council and Board of County Commissioners receiving, compiling, interpreting, and promoting information relevant to the development and improvement of the City and County of Durham.
